Sleep Tight Inc. (Bedzzz Express franchisee) recently went live with 20 of their franchise stores with Swan Furniture Retail System (FRS), reopening all their locations and operating an innovative ‘text to shop’ operation. They have continued to give customers a great level of service by having these communication channels with their sleep experts.
Penny Koon, project manager and consultant at SwanFRS, explains key benefits of the system for Bedzzz Express:
“Our system will be a single point from which Bedzzz Express can import supplier catalogs, create bespoke or pre-configured bed promotions, arrange delivery scheduling at the point of sale and manage customer service. The warehouse management and reporting functions will also be key as the business operates from multiple locations.”
