We are delighted to announce that a new version of SwanFRS is now available for release. It contains multiple enhancements to the sales process and customer experience.
Our users can now upgrade to version 1205 which contains new features, enhanced functionality and fixes to give our furniture retailers the edge.
SwanFRS version 1205 Highlights
- Splitting of accessory quantities on transfer / return / write on & off notes – When transferring accessory stock between location, returning stock to the supplier or processing a write-off note (where the stock holding quantity is greater than 1), it is now possible to adjust the transfer / return / write-off quantity after the stock item has been added to the note.
- Feefo feedback requests – SwanFRS can now send feedback rating requests to Feefo. This new flat file export is designed to send completed sales orders or service calls to Feefo.
- Digital order customer signatures – A new application parameter has been added to control the digital capture of a customer signature when accepting sales orders. This can be switched on using the parameter for FRS sales orders in back office, tablet mode or both.
- Expansion of notes and stock images – Where set, line images will now display on additional SwanFRS screens displaying inventory images in the first instance and product image if there are no specific inventory images. The Notes badge has been added on the detail screen next to the ID for Containers, Goods Receipt Notes, Internal Orders, RTS/RTV notes, Transfer Notes, Write-On and Write-Off Notes.
- Payment date controls – New privileges have been created to add control to the backdating of actions in the SwanFRS sales system.
