When we started our adventure into the US Furniture and Appliance retail sectors, research showed that there was a gap in the retail systems marketplace for a cloud based solution which encompassed integrated tablets, point of sale and eCommerce. This is classed in the UK as an Omni-channel solution.

We did not expect such a quick take up of our SwanFRS solution but we are securing a new US customer each week. We have an active development strategy focusing on the wish lists of the US Retailers with more enhancements and partnerships on the way.
